In addition to the mini-calorie cuts listed, you can add half-hour daily walks to your routine. I've made some small changes to my health regimin, and my tank-tops and Bermuda shorts are looking better and better on me all the time!

So I'm guessing #6 means that ordering my tall Starbucks Mocha in a large cup so there's room for all the "extra whip" is a bad thing?!?

great list...i would add don't take 2nds, make 2 meals a week meatless and add 1 mile of walking per day

Good way to start off my fall...time to get back on an exercise schedule...now can the temp come down some please so I can get outside and walk/jog?
