Random Culinary Tidbits 
According to the rules, I'm also required to list seven interesting things about me. How about seven random culinary tidbits instead?
• The tip of my French knife
(a wedding gift) has been broken for years.
• I love extra-sharp Canadian cheddar cheese.
• Both our daughter and son-in-love are fabulous gourmet cooks. (He arrived at the altar with his own set of cookware!)
• Lately, I've been really been enjoying red Thai curry.
• I'm halfway through stocking our pantry for an emergency/earthquake/disaster.
• e-Dad's cooking is terrific! His favorite kitchen tools are the coffee maker and the toaster. But he won't wear a vintage apron.
• Sadly, we're ordering far fewer (Hawaiian) pizzas now that our kids are out of the house.

oh wow....I just happened to finish posting what I'm cooking for dinner tonite: Thai Chicken Fettuccine...and then decided to read some blogs...saw this award...THANK YOU! I'll try to pass it on soon.....and post 7 interesting cooking tips I have learned or something along those lines :)

I love how proficient e-dad is in the kitchen - my man's favorite tool is the coffee-maker too! He sets it every night so that we wake to the smell of fresh brewed coffee - I call him my coffee-fairy lol
