Incredible Anagrams"Pleasant words are a honeycomb, sweet to the soul and healing to the bones." Prov. 16:24
An Anagram, as you know, is a word or phrase made by transposing or rearranging the letters of the word or phrase. The following are exceptionally clever. Someone out there either has far too much time or is deadly at Scrabble.
- DORMITORY. When you rearrange the letters: DIRTY ROOM
- EVANGELIST. When you rearrange the letters: EVIL'S AGENT
- DESPERATION. When you rearrange the letters: A ROPE ENDS IT
- THE MORSE CODE. When you rearrange the letters: HERE COME DOTS
- SLOT MACHINES. When you rearrange the letters: CASH LOST IN 'EM
- ANIMOSITY. When you rearrange the letters: IS NO AMITY
- SNOOZE ALARMS. When you rearrange the letters: ALAS! NO MORE Z'S
- A DECIMAL POINT. When you rearrange the letters: I'M A DOT IN PLACE
- ELEVEN PLUS TWO. When you rearrange the letters: TWELVE PLUS ONE

Love the anagrams.
Thanks for the link to my poems!
Okay, as a Harry Potter fan, the only one that came to mind is "Tom Marvolo Riddle" much better known as "I am Lord Voldemort". I like the ones you found much better :). This kind of thing blows my mind, and if I was good at it, I WOULD be a much better Scrabbler. I could most relate to "dormitory" during my college years, but evangelist was the funniest of the bunch!
Love those anagrams! Here are some more of my faves:
The Public Art Galleries: Large Picture Halls, I Bet
Britney Spears: Best PR in Years
Presbyterian: Best in Prayer
Remember the Alamo: A Memorable Term, eh?
Debit card: Bad Credit
kristina: Good!
calia77: You're welcome!
robin: They're amazing aren't they? Thanks for yours. Are you up for Scrabble?
rachelle: Wow, those are excellent. How do people think of these? Thanks!
How fun! Thanks for the links; I'll enjoy checking them out. Have a wonderful day!
I love the anagrams! And the links.
I just wanted to tell you to visit this post to get a prayer button for Emma Grace at Midlife Moments or Amy at Wilhoite Prayer Blog, or Addison at In the Midst of It. If you haven't heard of any of them but any of their stories touch your heart, and you are going to pray for them then be sure to get a "button" for them!
I am hoping to help them out by not only supporting them in prayers but spreading the word of their prayer needs!
laurie and delia: Enjoy! And enjoy your days too.
Honestly, I've never thought of this subject before but the anagrams seems very interesting now thanks to your blog. You widely opened my eyes!
